The best way to find this information is to go directly to the source. Most colleges have websites which contain information about entrance requirements, and high school libraries usually have a collection of college catalogs which also contain this information. Talk to the librarian or do a little search of the web. The number of credits required may vary from one school to another, so check out four or five of them to be sure.

Answer 1 :
I don't have an answer but put this in the correct category and you'll get it answered...
Answer 2 :
there should be no problem...you might have to pay out-of-state tuition, but otherwise you shouldn't have any difficulty applying...many people go to colleges and universities in states other than those in which they live...my brother went to rensselaer in troy NY, but applied there from phoenix OR... as for gaining admission to EWU, they are free to set their limits as to how many students they wish to admit and from where (they may only want 20% of their student population to come from east of the Mississippi and north of the tennessee border, for example)
Answer 3 :
You can apply to a college anywhere you want. The one conflict that might come up is if it is a state school; it is very likely that you will have to pay out-of-state tuition which is often much much much more than in-state. Private colleges are virtually the same tuition for anyone from anywhere. Depending on the type of college, you might even have an advantage at being accepted being from further away if they are trying to diversify their student body. If you will need student housing, make sure to find out if it will be available. :)

Answer 1 :
If you plan on going to college you should learn how to use google. Have you heard of it? It's a search engine. Type in google.com to your browser Type the name of your college and the words "tuition and fees" There will be your answer, enjoy.
Answer 2 :
Wash U. doesn't offer merit scholarships. The only kind of aid they provide is need-based aid, but they will meet 100% of a student's demonstrated need (per the FAFSA form).
Answer 3 :
Like 15,000 grand a semester. Probably WAY more.
