I am traveling to Washington this weekend and am from England. Where is a good college bar/area to go to for a good atmosphere and some decent girls?

Answer 1 :
Best area to go is Georgetown, there's a lot of bars along M Street...and the corner of 34th street. BUT....its sort of the wrong time of year.....University doesn't start back up until the end of August.

Try the Tombs. It's located on 36th St. between N and Prospect streets in Georgetown. That's where all of the Georgetown University students go.
