What college has a better reputation: Rutgers University at New Brunswick or George Washington University?

Neither one. Both of them, like all other universities, are very greedy, liberal, socialist pigs. They charge exorbitant tuition rates, and the professors don't even care if you succeed or not. Most of them can't even speak English. If you want to go to college, go to a junior college as long as you can, then transfer to a university only if you need to.

I agree with Leaira, they're just in it for the money. Notice that most liberals are hypocrites in that way.

Oh, please...ignore those other posters. They probably didn't get into their first choice college so they're bitter...or had some other bad personal experience. But you're not asking for personal experience, so--prestige-wise, GW is generally held in higher esteem.

Depends on your major. Rutgers is one of the best (if not *the* best) universities in the country for philosophy majors. It's all relative to the area of study you wish to pursue. Overall, there isn't much difference between the two. They're both very good schools.
