If you're living in washington state (or not), go to WaSU, they have some pretty damn near good financial aide for students O_o . Plus, even though it's a small town (Pullman, Washington) you get more hands on experience with what you're studying. It's a great school for learning journalism, media (tv) production, sciences (biology, engineering), and foreign languages. If you care about sports, you might be a lil disappointed that the WaSU cougars aren't that great at football in comparison to UofO lol U of O is great school too, but, a little bit pricey, but wealthy. Nike nearly owns half of the UofO, and does have nice buildings n' such. It's a very good school for studying law, journalism, foreign languages, english, and media production. Generally, has a very good sports program.
